RULES:

The following rules relate to the Albert’s Bucket List competition. A full list of terms and conditions can be found at www.albertsschloss.com/alberts-bucket-list-giveaway and apply to the ‘Albert’s Bucket List Giveaway’ as detailed in the Rules.

1. The business advertising the competition is Albert’s Schloss, London.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from Albert’s Schloss at info@albertsschloss.co.uk.
Details of the competition:
3. To enter the competition, an entrant must scan the QR code, found in venue on our promotional scratch cards, click through via our social media or paid ads and complete the WhatsApp conversation as prompted. This can be done via link https://mc.ht/s/jUK9r01 .The WhatsApp line will open at midday on Monday 25th November and close at midday on Tuesday 31st December.
4. During the WhatsApp conversation users will be prompted to opt-in to receive marketing from Albert’s Schloss London. This can be answered with sign me up, or no thanks.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to opt-in in order to be eligible for entry to the competition. Anyone who replies, but does not opt in, will not be contacted via email other than that relating to the competition.
6. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the WhatsApp conversation.

Eligibility:
7. You must be over 21 to enter the Competition.
8. Only one entry will be counted per unique email address. Anyone found to be gaming the competition will be disqualified from entering.

Prize:
9. The prize consists of six return flights from the UK to Munich, a 2-night stay for 6 people, VIP entry to Oktoberfest hosted by Spaten, food and drink allowance and lederhosen hire. AB InBev are fulfilling the prize of the Oktoberfest trip. Dates and destination cannot be changed.
10. No substitute prizes or cash alternatives are available.
11. The prize is non-transferable.

Specific prize terms: Oktoberfest trip

• The prize consists of six return flights from the UK to Munich, a 2-night stay for 6 people, VIP entry to Oktoberfest hosted by Spaten, a specific food and drink allowance and lederhosen hire. Any item purchased over and above the specific prize outlined will not be covered by the Promoter. AB InBev are fulfilling the prize of the Oktoberfest trip. Dates and destination cannot be changed.
• Dates will be confirmed by AB InBev and will be between Saturday 20th September – Sunday 5th October 2025
• All prize elements must be redeemed at the same time.
• No additional costs or charges related to travel are included.
• Winner and plus ones must have own valid passport and travel insurance.
• Any person entering the auction or accepting or using any prize grants Albert’s Schloss a perpetual right to use his/her name, other biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for commercial or publicity purposes, at any time without notice or compensation except where prohibited by law. Employees of Mission Mars or AB InBev and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.
• Albert’s Schloss decision is final and no-correspondence will be entered into. All prize claims are subject to verification by the Sponsor. By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
• The stay is not valid for any kind of bed and breakfast type package or for an upgraded room type.
• Stay does not include breakfast, room service, mini bar, resort fees, incidentals or parking charges.
• The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements (transportation to and from the departing and destination airport) not specifically included in the prize.
• Airport transfers in Munich are included. Transfers in the UK are not included.
• Prize tickets do not include chauffeur-drive, valet parking or rail tickets.
• All guests must be over the age of 21
• Once travel and accommodation have been booked, the prize cannot be amended.
• Whilst we will do all we can to book your trip on your preferred dates, this is not always possible and we ask that you provide three options as soon as possible after the competition and at least four weeks’ notice to make a booking. There are no guarantees we will be able to offer your first choice.
• The winners must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the winner. Failure to provide the necessary travel documentation will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
• The content of the prize may be subject to change and/or substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the date and substitute with another date.
• We require winner name, contact number, postal address & email to facilitate the prize.
• Due to the nature of prize donations, please be aware that it can take several weeks to confirm dates.
• Not for resale, not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
  

Other Terms & Conditions

• No mobile phone data is stored by Albert’s Schloss/Mission Mars
• You will not be contacted via WhatsApp with any further marketing activity
  

Specific prize terms: Bar Tabs

• There are multiple bar tab prizes, ranging from £100 to £1000. The total bar tab prize pot is £50,000 at RRP.
• Bar tab prizes can be redeemed from point of receipt between 1st December 2024 to 31st January 2025. Bar tabs are not valid for 31st December.
• Any tab prizes must be redeemed by 31st January 2025
• Tabs can be used against food and drink in Albert’s Schloss London.
• Tabs cannot be used towards bottles of Champagne or spirits by the bottle.
• All winners must pre-book their visit to use the bar tab through the sales team.
• The bar tab prize must be used in full, in one visit and cannot be carried over
• Multiple bar tabs cannot be used in the same booking
• No cash alternative is available. If the full bar tab prize is not used it is not possible to receive a cash refund for the remaining amount.
• Prize bar tabs are only valid at Albert’s Schloss London and not at any other associated venue.
• Winners will be notified by email
• Winners must be aged 21 or over.
• Any winners not following or respecting the standard rules of entry and behaviour whilst in thevenue may be asked to leave. Any remaining bar tab will be made null and void.
• Tab winners will be chosen at random and announced weekly from Monday 25th November – Friday 3rd January. Winners will be chosen from entrants received in the prior seven days 00:01 Monday to 00:00 Sunday of the same week.
• The Oktoberfest prize winner will be chosen at random and announced by Friday 3rd January 2025. A winner will be chosen from all entrants received between Monday 25th November – Tuesday 31st December
• All winners will be notified by no later than Friday 3rd January
• Management reserve the right to refuse service at any time
• No entries from Mission Mars team will be accepted

Scratch & Match terms & conditions

• All prizes must be claimed between 2nd – 31st January 2025
• You must be aged 21 or over to redeem any prizes involving alcohol
• Only one scratch card per party/transaction may be claimed.
• Scratch cards are for single use only
• Prizes can only be redeemed at Albert’s Schloss, Soho, London and not at any other associated venue
• Management reserve the right to refuse service
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items
• Cannot be claimed by Mission Mars team
• To validate your scratch card you must provide a valid email address. Email addresses not stored by Mission Mars. Only used to validate promotion.
• Prizes include 1 pint of Spaten, 1 cocktail of your choice, a £20 tab and 50% off* a meal for 2. *50% off food can only be used against Cook Haus, Sunday Service, and Breakfast menus. Cannot be used exclusively against drinks. Can only be applied against a table of two. Maximum discount possible £50.
