GIFT CARDS

Albert’s Schloss reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Albert’s Schloss gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Albert’s Schloss gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Albert’s Schloss gift cards remain the property of Albert’s Schloss who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. It is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 12 month validity period. Gift cards may be used for any purchase, but no cash or change can be given if the bill total is less than the value of the certificate. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The value of your Albert’s Schloss gift card can be redeemed in any participating venue. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. The maximum amount that an individual Albert’s Schloss gift card can hold is £250. Multiple gift cards can be used during one transaction. You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry at via our web store.

In cases where your physical Albert’s Schloss gift card is lost or stolen, Albert’s Schloss is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Albert’s Schloss cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Albert’s Schloss gift card as a result of theft or fraud. If you have a digital gift card you can register an account so you never lose your code – you can do so here.

Albert’s Schloss cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number and/card have been used by another party.

Should your physical Albert’s Schloss gift card become damaged, Albert’s Schloss will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
