FROM OUR HAUS WITH LOVE

There's not much we don't make from scratch in our Schloss.

From our pastries, pretzels and breads made daily by our in-haus master bakers, to our Schweinshaxe crispy Bavarian pork knuckle which is brined for 12 hours before being rubbed + marinated with aromatic spices and roasted for 3 hours – our food is a true labour of love.
