Eligibility for Entry

• The complimentary voucher is available to all entrants aged 18 or over who are residents of the UK.
• Entrants must fill out all required fields of the sign-up form completely and accurately.
• This voucher is available to those who complete the sign-up form between Friday 30th May – Wednesday 30th July.

Promotion Terms & Conditions – Data Sharing Between Albert’s Schloss and Pernod Ricard

1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the collection and processing of personal data submitted as part of the Albert’s Schloss x Pernod Ricard promotion (the “Promotion”), organised by Albert’s Schloss (“the Organiser”) in collaboration with Pernod Ricard (“the Partner”). By entering the Competition, participants agree to these T&Cs.

2. Who We Are

• Organiser: Albert’s Schloss, responsible for collecting and managing the data submitted through the competition entry process.
• Partner: Pernod Ricard, who will receive data from Albert’s Schloss for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

3. Data Collection & Purpose By signing up to the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and processing of the following personal data:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Contact Number (if required)

• To administer the Promotion, including sending the voucher.
• To send relevant marketing communications, where consent has been given.
• To share data with Pernod Ricard for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to participant consent.

• The data is collected based on consent provided by the participant.
• Participants must explicitly opt-in to share their details with Pernod Ricard by ticking a separate checkbox at the time of entry.
• No data will be shared without prior consent.

• Albert’s Schloss will securely transfer participant data to Pernod Ricard.
• Pernod Ricard will process the data only for marketing purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Participants can opt-out from receiving communications from Pernod Ricard at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email.

• Albert’s Schloss will retain personal data only for the duration necessary to administer the competition.
• Pernod Ricard will retain shared data only for the duration specified in its Privacy Policy or until consent is withdrawn.
• Participants may request deletion of their data at any time.

• Access their personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent and request data deletion.
• Object to or restrict processing of their data.

• Albert’s Schloss is responsible for obtaining participant consent and ensuring data is securely transferred to Pernod Ricard.
• Pernod Ricard is responsible for processing data in compliance with GDPR once received.
• Neither Albert’s Schloss nor Pernod Ricard shall be liable for any unauthorised access or data breaches caused by third parties beyond their control.
