Our bartenders have elevated the humble Margarita into a smooth tipple, the envy of Victoria’s silk gowns.

Inspired by an Infante cocktail, we’ve twisted this modern classic using Olmeca Altos, married with rose liqueur and orgeat syrup for an elevated finish.

It’s the Margarita you know and love, but Schlossified… no poker face necessary.
