Our Artisan Schnapps are all lovingly distilled in-haus using our own authentic recipes, and we have a designated schnapps distillery in each Palace, where all of our Schnapps are uniquely made using an authentic Alpine recipe, which is inspired by the klassic Himbeergeist technique.

We use our Haus made salted caramel schnapps in our much loved Rhubarb + Custard Sour, and it’s also delicious on its own as a shot, or served on ice. Don’t worry if this flavour isn’t for you though, as we have other Alpine Kreations such as raspberry, black forest gateau, wild strawberry and limoncello. PROST!
